The Local flood Risk Reduction (LFRR) section completed the in-house project feasibility about 2 years ago and concluded there was no feasible in-house solution), and that it should be considered for a larger-scope, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) based on the LFRR priorities. For FY2020, the project is ranked outside of the Top 20 and there is not a set time to launch a feasibility study for this CIP yet. Based on the input received at SUSE5, the LFRR section will engage the community to learn more about the extent of the problem and how individuals are coping with flooding issues (because there is evidence of people trying to implement their own solutions). Some of the potential technical solutions that will be considered for this project include:
