We are now accepting workshop proposals for SUSE6!
Abstracts due on Friday, 16th of December 2022

Workshops at SUSE6 are an opportunity to explore a topic in depth. We have two 1.5-hour workshop sessions built into the program, during which you can work through a topic with a small group of delegates. We rely on volunteers to propose and facilitate workshops in their areas of interest. You can propose a workshop topic now. We welcome topics from a diverse range of themes (see below). Delegates will be able to choose which workshop to attend.
Workshops at past SUSE meetings have resulted in significant advances in our understanding of the urban stream syndrome and how it can be managed, and have led to a number of influential journal articles.
We ask workshop leaders to outline the likely outputs and outcomes of their workshop. Workshops can target an output such as a collaborative journal article or report (e.g. position paper, options paper), or outcomes such as knowledge and skills development among participants. Workshop leaders will facilitate the workshop, prepare any briefing documents, and lead the process of developing outputs. We will assist with AV and workshop materials, advertising and organising workshop attendance.
If you have an idea but are not sure if you are able to lead a workshop please feel free to get in touch with our program committee—Dr Kathy Russell ([email protected]), Dr Matthew Burns ([email protected]) or Dr Moss Imberger ([email protected]).
